Cindi and I discuss looking a little deeper at the home you’re considering purchasing – checking for water damage, the age of the water heater and furnace, what the neighborhood is like at different times of the day, how long the commute is to your work, etc. Cindi offers her perspective and lots of insider tips and best practices for home buyers today.
